Courtesy of Sacred Sites Member, Fred Hertz, we learned about Thean Hou Temple in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a relatively new temple, dating to the late 1980s. It has elements of Buddhism, Confucianism, and Taoism. The temple has a number of goddesses, Mazu, the Sea Goddess, Quan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion, and Shui Wei Sheng Niang, the Goddess of the Waterfront.Image attachmentImage attachment+2Image attachment
